Founded by Dr. Tonita Liverman, Nurse Inspires was created to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and leadership excellence. Many nurses step into leadership roles with extensive clinical knowledge but little formal preparation for managing teams, navigating complex organizational dynamics, and leading change. Nurse Inspires provides the coaching, mentorship, and practical leadership development needed to thrive in these critical roles.

Dr. Liverman is a doctoral-prepared nurse leader with more than a decade of nursing experience spanning advanced practice, nursing leadership, operations, and program development. Throughout her career, she has served as a nurse practitioner, nurse leader, and healthcare operations professional, including leading the development of two clinical units at MD Anderson Cancer Center, consistently ranked among the world's leading cancer centers.

Her educational background reflects her commitment to excellence in both healthcare and business leadership. She earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of Texas at Arlington, a Master of Business Administration from University of Texas Permian Basin, a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Woman's University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of the Incarnate Word. She has also completed the CoachRice Coaching Program, further strengthening her ability to develop and empower leaders.

With nearly a decade of nurse leadership experience managing registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, along with more than seven years of healthcare operations experience, Dr. Liverman brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, business acumen, and leadership insight to every coaching engagement.
